Profiles and photos are usually approved within 24 hours, however sometimes it may take up to 72 hours.
We review each profile and photo submission individually before making them public. This review process is time-consuming but allows us to preserve important community standards and the integrity of our user base. All profiles and photos are processed in the order in which they are received.
TIP: Multiple submissions will slow down your approval, because each new submission is sent to the end of our queue. Please submit each item only once.
If you are having trouble uploading photos, please contact Customer Support, fill out a ticket, include your username and the email address you used to create your account, and attach your photos to the ticket.
The Messaging function is usually blocked if:
1. Your account is not activated, or
2. You have not uploaded an approved photo.
Yes, your profile information will still be there, but you will need to upload a new photo.
Please note that your likes and the records of both those you have viewed and those who have viewed you CANNOT be restored.
For assistance, contact Customer Support and provide the email address you previously used to access the account.
No, our system does not allow for more than one account to be registered to the same email address.
Instead, to have your account restored, contact Customer Support and provide the email address and username you previously used to access the account.
Please contact Customer Support, include your username and email address, and be sure to spell out the month, date and year to avoid date format confusion.
Usernames CANNOT be changed.
Blocking you from accessing TrooLuv.com happens for one of the following reasons:
1. You entered an incorrect password 5 times in a 24 hour period. For security reasons, TrooLuv will only allow a user to enter the wrong password 5 times before it blocks you. If you are blocked from the site, please send an email to email@example.com. Make sure you are sending the email from the email address you created your TrooLuv account with. Also, include your username and birthdate in the email, for account verification.
We are not like other dating sites that force you to fill out personal information about yourself before they let you see their pricing. We believe in transparency with our users, so all of our pricing is listed on our Pricing page.
Our pricing depends on the length of time you choose when you join. Most features our included in all of our memberships, but there are a few premium features that are a little extra. These are also explained on the Pricing page.
If you give us your mobile number, then we can send you text message alerts when someone connects with you.

1. Click on Members located in main menu in the top right corner of the screen.
2. If not logged in, please login to your account.
3. Click on the Settings tab in your Members Dashboard.
4. Click on the Account tab under Settings.
5. Replace your current email address with the new email address.
6. Click the Submit button.
If you think you’ve met someone, or just want to take a break for a while, just let us know and we’ll put your profile on hold while you see how things go. If it doesn’t work out, or you’re ready to come back, just get in touch with us again and we can bring your profile back online any time.

You are in control of the notifications you receive. Just visit your Member dashboard, click on the Settings tab, then click on Notifications.
You will need to delete your current account and create a new one. Unfortunately, you will not be able to reuse the email address you used for your current account because our system does not allow multiple accounts to be registered under the same email address.
We do require that you upload a photo. This is for the safety and protection of all members. There are too many dating sites out there that don’t force a profile photo and allow for ‘stalkers’ to join. Please make sure the photo you upload is as recent as possible. We will suspend or block profiles that are reported as having a profile picture dramatically different from real life.
If the photo you upload is a quality, recent photo, then it may just be enough. Most of the time, however, we find that members who upload 3+ photos are significantly more likely to get a response and successful match from the profiles they communicate with. You can upload up to 20 pictures in your membership.
There are 3 reasons we have profile ratings:
1) It helps us track the good and the bad profiles. With tens of thousands of men and women looking for a match through our site, this is the best way to get member feedback on which profiles stand out from the crowd so we can give them the best coverage.
2) It helps us determine who needs our help. We are here to help our members be successful. Profile ratings help us know who to reach out to and give advice on how they can improve their dating profile.
3) It helps us understand your preferences. We want to understand what sort of people and dating profiles attract you so we can do our best to match you with other members who suit you best.
There are 2 types of profile in your favorites:
1) The profiles of members you chose to be a favorite.
2) The profiles of members who you have communicated with. We assume that if you have communicated with someone, you want them to be a favorite to help remind you of who they are.
Winks are normal and there’s not much meaning to them. It’s a way for members to ‘poke’ each other, flirt with each other, or even just do a quick connection. Winks are included in all memberships, so visit some profiles and send a few winks yourself!
